Clearwater is a friendly town in British Columbia. It has a population of approximately 4,500 people. The town itself is spread over a larger area with no real central downtown district. If you are coming in from the direction of Kamloops the "Welcome to Clearwater" sign is about 10 kilometers before you reach the actual town.

The Clearwater Valley Resort is located at 373 Clearwater Valley Road. This is the road to Wells Gray Provincial Park. We are located one block up from the Wells Gray / Visitor Information Center which is just off Highway #5. Look for the big moose at the info centre and turn north, we are 200m up. Enter at the KOA campground entrance. The hotel office is located in the middle of the property by the swimming pool.
The locals if you ask them for directions, will know the resort as 52 Ridge (name of the restaurant) .
We are located only 30 minutes from the Wells Gray Provincial Park. The Dutch Lake public beach is only a two minute drive away. A number of restaurants are within walking distance of the resort and shopping is also close by.
